Produced in Tavel, the heart of the Rhône Valley’s rosé production, this Côtes du Rhône rosé is crafted from 30+ year old vines planted in rich soils with calcareous sandstone and positioned on gently undulating slopes for optimal sun exposure. Hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted once they arrive in the cellar and then undergo direct pressing in a pneumatic press for three hours. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled tanks at a low temperature to maintain its freshness, and ages for four months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.

Harvest Note
The 2025 vintage was of high quality. Hot and sunny days gave great concentration in the grapes while cool nights preserved the aromatics and acidity levels. Despite a heatwave all summer long, the yield was normal and there was no disease pressure. The harvest was fast which prevented any impact of an episode of strong rain in September. The rosé wines have a generous structure with remarkable vibrancy and freshness.
Tasting Note
Bright rose petal pink in color, this beautiful rosé offers notes of strawberry marmalade, peach, and pink grapefruit with a zesty citrus finish.

Charcuterie board, tomato-based dishes, spaghetti with pesto

About the Grape

Cinsaut
Ripe and meaty over elegant, with rose and almond notes, Cinsault’s relatively low tannins typically relegate it to blends with other varieties, as with Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Tavel Rosé.
Grenache
Grenache is loaded with dense, lusty aromas and flavors of black cherry, blackcurrant, jam, pepper and licorice, with a palate-coating texture and high alcohol.
Mourvèdre
Mourvèdre makes big, meaty, rustic wines high in alcohol, acidity and tannin, with moderate black fruit characters. Shows aromas and flavors of wild Provençal herbs, leather, mushrooms and barnyard.
Grenache Blanc
This grape can produce an attractive, fleshy, generously fruity wine with a fragrance of flowers and dill.
