The difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures helps create wines that are remarkably fresh and robust in aroma and flavor. Production began with an immediate pressing of the fruit followed by cold settling for 48 to 60 hours. Vinification was carried out at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks for 20-25 days, to preserve the fresh varietal character of the fruit, before 4-5 months aging on the lees, with bâtonnage.

Harvest Note
2018 was a wonderful growing season, though not without its challenges. Budding was uniform and started 15 days later than last year; however thanks to the temperatures of April and May, the delay was recovered. The abundance of rain between May and June caused only limited damage and the rain in the last days of August brought a beneficial correction to the sugar / acidity ratio. This year’s production is abundant and overall, the 2018 grapes are healthy.
Tasting Note
Straw yellow in colour, clean and delicate, with aromas of acacia flowers and pear as well as light mineral notes. The fresh, natural acidity supports the wine's aromatic richness, confirmed on its elegantly structured, smooth, round and persistent palate. A crisp, defined fruity style.
Food Pairing
Fish, white meat, soup, pasta and risotto as well as cold cuts.
