Bollini Pinot Grigio is styled to show intese varietal aromas with a fragrant bouquet and elegant, fruity, floral flavors.The difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures helps create wines that are remarkably fresh and robust in aroma and flavor. Production begins with an immediate pressing of the fruit followed by cold settling. Vinification is carried out at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh varietal character of the fruit.

Harvest Note
Winter was dry and hot and spring was very rainy, starting in late April and ending in early June. The weather in June stay good with high temperatures and very little rainfall. July saw several thunderstorms and frequent episodes of hail, which also affected important vineyards. The month of August saw average rainfall but above average temperatures, particularly in the second half of the month. The main threats to the vines were downy mildew and powdery mildew, although both were generally well controlled. Quality was good at harvest in terms of health and sugar levels.
Tasting Note
Straw yellow; delicate on the nose, with aromas of acacia flowers and pear and light mineral notes. A fresh and natural acidity supports the aromatic richness; elegant, structured, round and persistent on the palate. An electric and fruity style.

Ideal with fish, white meat, soups, risotto, pasta and salumi.
