Bollini Merlot comes from Trentino, where the clay soils in the cool, dry highland vineyards are ideally suited to producing clean, elegant and aromatic wines of great charm. Hand harvested grapes were destemmed and crushed, and vinification was carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 to 15 months in large oak casks.
Tasting Note
Rich ruby with garnet reflexes. Fruity on the nose with hints of spices, red fruits and pink pepper; dry, mouth-filling and harmonious with elegant tannins, very well balanced by the acidity; very long on the finish.

Merlot
Merlot makes plump, succulent wines to drink young or opulently massive wines for aging. Has silky, blackberry and currant fruit, with spice, earth, tobacco and chocolate notes, and soft tannins.
