New Zealand's terroir is characterized by its unique cool climate and diverse landscapes, which contribute to the distinctive character of our Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness, destemmed, and the free-run juice is cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks. Four months of aging on the lees and in stainless steel tanks provide body and complexity to the wine before blending, fining, filtering and bottling.

Harvest Note
The warm, dry growing season allowed for healthy, perfectly ripened bunches, intricate flavor development, and the opportunity to harvest at the perfect time. It was a great harvest across all New Zealand wine-growing regions.
Tasting Note
Pale straw with a green hue. White blossom and citrus aromas leap from the glass with hints of white peach and passionfruit. The aromas echo on the palate where they are matched with a lively acidity, fresh minerality, and a mouthwatering texture.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with fresh seafood, such as ceviche and oysters, Asian-inspired cuisine, soft cheeses and green salads.
