Résonance is Maison Louis Jadot's first winery outside of Burgundy. This estate Pinot Noir is a pure expression of the dry-farmed Résonance Vineyard, planted on un-grafted rootstock in 1981. Grapes were handpicked and hand-sorted upon arrival. During elevage, the juice is controlled with a light touch honed over 170 years of Burgundy winemaking to achieve natural elegance and complexity. This wine unveils the immense character, the “somewhereness” of this unique site, in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA.

Harvest Note
After a warm winter, the growing season started out dry. Early heat in May was followed by cold periods in early June. Cold and wet weather at the time of the blooming period caused smaller berries and clusters. At harvest, the vines presented exceptional fruit quality, with small clusters.
Tasting Note
Complex aromas of black cherry, blueberry, raspberry, mint and violet with beautiful structure, powerful energy, perfect harmony. The delicate aftertaste, on mineral notes, promises a great longevity.
