Located at the exit of the village of Fuissé, behind the Mont Pouilly in the middle of the slope, this vineyard covers 80 "ares" and is East oriented. The vineyard has been renewed three times from 1974 to 1999. The second time was in 1989, on the 200th anniversary of the French revolution.

Harvest Note
The vintage was challenging due to excessive rainfall through most of the growing season, and the inevitable poor flowering and fungal pressures which resulted. High temperatures contributed to the tropical ambiance, which only began to moderate in the final weeks before harvest, which occurred between September 12 - 23.
Tasting Note
With a well-anchored Mâconnaise footprint, and a dense material, the Ménétrières are a perfect Fuisséenne illustration. After a light aeration floral aromas and lemon balm emerge over a long and sappy finish.
