Louis Jadot Gevrey-Chambertin wines are produced from vineyards lying on the extension of the slope on which the Grands and Premiers Crus are situated. The fruit is sourced from growers with whom Louis Jadot holds purchase agreements based on the quality of the harvest each year. The grapes are handpicked and sorted, then undergo fermentation. After a long maceration, a proportion of the wine is set to age in French oak barrels. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.

This is an elegant and powerful red wine with classic big cherry fruit coupled with truffle and brown spice notes over a long and complex finish.
