In 2001, Alta Vista became the first Argentinean winery to produce single vineyard wines. Alta Vista developed its Terroir Management® system for wine growing and winemaking, wherein grapes grown in distinctive sites express the true characteristics of each vineyard through distinctive wines. The vineyard was planted in 1999 in Valle De Uco, with deep soils of sandy texture, consisting mainly of rocks.

Tasting Note

Intense and wild, like the terroir it comes from. On the nose, aroma of red fruit such as blueberries and blackberries, and tropical notes, reminiscent of guava jam. In the mouth, powerful, broad with a refreshing acidity. Aging notes of fresh butter and vanilla on the palate.
