This is a Cru Beaujolais from a magnificent 9.8 acre south-facing sloped site. Soils are composed of pink granite with hints of quartz and sandstone. All fruit is manually harvested, rigorously sorted,
fermented with natural yeasts, and aged in concrete vats and oak barrels for 10 months. This is an historically important terroir within the Moulin-à-Vent appellation.

Harvest Note
This was a very warm and early vintage with a slight lack of moisture which reduced the harvest volumes while ensuring complexity and phenolic ripeness.
Tasting Note
This wine exudes dark fruit and floral aromas with hints of ground coffee. Bold and expansive on the palate, the flavor evolution is shaped by substantial yet fine tannins and tangy acidity over the long finish.
