Jadot produces this wine in partnership with the Duc de Magenta family through a long-time arrangement. This plot of chardonnay vines is quite old, producing small harvests of exceptional quality. The wine is vinified quite traditionally with natural yeasts, partial malolactic, and long aging in barrels, 1/3 new oak.

2020 vintage
Harvest Note
This was a very warm and early vintage with a slight lack of moisture which reduced the harvest volumes while ensuring complexity and phenolic ripeness
Tasting Note
This white reflects classic Puligny characteristics, bright floral aromas tinged with lemon curd and damp earth. The texture is expansive, silky and elegant with subtle acidity lifting the very long finish.
Food Pairing
Excels with shellfish and grilled salmon, also excellent with roasted vegetables
