Great wines are made from great wine growing places. These Torrontes vineyards are among the the best terroirs of Salta, at 5,400 feet elevation. Each vineyard receives precise work tailored to each grape variety via specific treatments called Terroir Management®. The wine is made from destemmed grapes that are gently pressed to avoid harsh phenolics and vinified without malolactic fermentation to preserve the grape’s vibrant aromas and fresh acidity. The wine is aged for 3 months on the lees in steel tank and 3 months in bottle.

Harvest Note
The harvest began early after a cold winter and dry growing season. The yield was down about 10%, but the grapes were healthy and created complex and bold flavor. Many winemakers say the aromas of this vintage are the most intense they've had in years.
Tasting Note
Pale yellow with steely reflections. Intense tropical, floral and citrus aromas. Lemon peel, tangerine, lychee, jasmine, and acacia. It is lively with a persistent finish, aromatic and fresh.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with spicy food, such as curries. Fresh fish and shellfish. Salads and fried snacks, like calamari or onion rings.
