We sourced the fruit from across the Paso Robles AVA to embody the melange of fruit characteristics in the region. High desert sites with extreme temperature variations from day to night give us tannic structure and acidity. Sites huddled against the southern tip of the Santa Lucia Range give us plush, generous fruit with a classic herbal edge. The resulting blend is an exquisite wine with layers of complexity and nuanced flavors.
