This flagship cuvée is a blend of the best parcels of the Fuissé amphitheatre. The average age of these vines is 40 years, subsoils vary from granite, schist, sand, limestone, marl and clay. Vinification is done by parcel in both casks and tanks according to the nature of the musts. Aging is 10 months, partially in barrel, with the ultimate assemblage getting additional refinement in stainless steel tank for 7 months prior to bottling.
