Harvest Note
Difficult early Spring with severe frost on low elevation parcels. Summer was quite warm and with some hydric stress which served to concentrate the harvest.
Tasting Note
Seafood in butter or olive oil with green spice, ideal with lightly poached scallops. Also fine with roasted root vegetables with sea salt and pepper.
Food Pairing
Perfect with most seafood roasted over charcoal or wood fire, or with chicken & noodle dishes with subtle spice (Thai, Szechuan, etc.)
