Grapes come from densely planted vineyards that slope toward the sea in Bolgheri, Suvereto and Alta Maremma, and low yields produce wines with concentration and complexity. The Vermentino ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and then rests on the lees. The winemaker avoids malolactic fermentation to preserve the wine’s fresh, crisp fruit character and vibrant acidity.

Harvest Note
The 2024 wine harvest in Tuscany showed significant improvement compared to the previous year, with production rising to 41 million hectoliters, though still falling short of the historical average. Favorable weather conditions led to an early harvest and high-quality grapes, producing wines with excellent structure and aromatic depth. Despite obstacles like localized hailstorms and early frost, careful vineyard management secured a successful vintage.
