L’Edition Bicentenaire pays tribute to the past generations of Delamain and only 200 bottles were released in honor of the house’s 200th anniversary. Embodying the legacy of the family’s history and craftmanship, this blend is composed of 5 rare eaux-de-vie from 1893, 1914, 1947, 1965, and 1969. Each of the eaux-de-vie was matured and preserved by the last 5 generations running the house and each is a minimum 15% of the blend. With each bottle comes a medallion crafted by Parisian jewelry house Maison Goossens, which grants a private tasting with the Cellar Master when presented in Jarnac. In 2024, a 10L Dame-Jeanne of the blend was sold in auction at Bonhams for 93,000 Euro.

Tasting Note

Aromas of fruits take the center stage with notes of raisin, prune, and black cherry, followed by the richness of roasted almonds. Hints of warm mocha, spices and earth, enhanced by aromas of cigar box and aged leather. Profound depth and fruitiness crowned by an extraordinary elegance, characteristic of Delamain’s signature house style.
