Pleiade La Rambaudie is a single vineyard estate cognac sourced from its namesake. Cultivated by Maison Delamain, La Rambaudie is an exceptional vineyard of 52 acres. Located at the edge of the woods in the territory of the Malaville commune, in Grande Champagne, first and best cru of Cognac. Composed of three valleys, its north-south exposure allows it to benefit from the sun all day long in summer. The eaux-de-vie of Domaine La Rambaudie are distilled in a 25-hectoliter still, with a very slow flow at the end of the bonne chauffe in order to preserve richly fruity notes.

Tasting Note

Aromas of cherry pit and plums mixed with muscat, fig, cedar and lilac. Notes of fresh pear, quince and licorice with a hint of natural sweetness.
