Roche Roulee wines are an expression of the alluvial gravel, sand & silt terroir of the Fecht river valley. The full ripeness of the vintage produced wines with expressive floral aromas, full body, and enticing citrus fruit complexity over the long finish.

Harvest Note
This area was particularly devastated by the Spring frosts in 2017, and the resulting harvest was tiny yet extremely concentrated.
Tasting Note
Floral aromas enhanced by citrus skin, grapefruit pithe and strong notes of wet stones. The medium-bodied texture is sleek and expansive with evolving fruit and green spice notes over the long finish.
Food Pairing
Perfect with most seafood roasted over charcoal or wood fire, or with chicken & noodle dishes with subtle spice (Thai, Szechuan, etc.)
