2020 vintage
Harvest Note
This was a near perfect harvest in terms of overall ripeness, plentiful sunshine, several well-timed rains, and minimal disease pressures. The harvest began quite early on August 25th and was completed by September 15th. There were no late harvest wines produced in 2020.
Tasting Note
The nose displays elegant fruity and floral aromas with medium intensity. The warm harvest sunshine ripened the grapes to perfection which means more complex flavors and less varietal character. The palate is delicate but persists nicely. Like most wines in 2020, it also has interesting tannins that makes the acidity taste more intensely saline. This is a well balanced wine, completely dry (but not aggressive) which is already so enjoyable at this young age.
