Friuli is an ideal region for growing white grapes. It is protected by the Alps to the North and receives sea breezes from the Adriatic Sea in the South. The favorable conditions were known in Roman times when the region was devoted to winemaking. The gravelly, sandy soil forces the roots of the vine to grow deep in search of water. As the vine struggles, its fruit grows richer, resulting in flavorful wine with remarkable minerality. Handpicked grapes are gently pressed immediately after harvest and undergo a cold-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. As there is no malolactic fermentation or oak aging, the wine is a beautiful expression of the Pinot Grigio grape.

Harvest Note
The 2025 vintage featured a wet, warm winter and early bud break, with reduced yields but healthy, concentrated grapes. A hot summer and early harvest led to optimal ripening despite rainy September weather. Wines show balance, freshness, and complexity, with elegant structure, vibrant aromas, and refined acidity.
Tasting Note
Bright straw yellow with delicate amber highlights. The nose is expressive and inviting, offering a fruity and floral bouquet with notes of ripe banana, pineapple, and wisteria blossoms. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, and well-balanced, delivering a harmonious structure and a smooth, satisfying finish.
Food Pairing
Vegetable dishes, seafood, grilled chicken, and delicate cheese
