A classic since 1950, Parallèle 45 is the oldest Côtes du Rhône brand still in existence. The 45th parallel is known as the Latitude of Great Wines, crossing Willamette Valley, Bordeaux, Piedmont and the Rhône Valley. The grapes are farmed organically. They grow on 40-year-old vines in clayey limestone and alluvial soil with round pebbles. The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and the juice undergoes fermentation. The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and conical oak vats.

Harvest Note
The 2025 vintage was a delicate balance. A wet spring required vigilance and was followed by a hot but measured summer, allowing for regular maturation. Early harvests yielded healthy, concentrated, and fresh grapes.
Tasting Note
Garnet red in color, this fruit-forward wine has notes of red currant, raspberry, and black pepper.
Food Pairing
Lasagna with Mediterranean vegetables, fondant au chocolat
