Grapes come from vineyards in Napa Valley and top vineyards throughout the North Coast. The exceptional fruit from these sites produces a rich, complex Sauvignon Blanc that is simultaneously fresh, crisp and zesty. Grapes are harvested during the cool nighttime hours to fully capture their fresh, pure flavors and vibrant acidity. Whole-cluster-pressing of the fruit under anaerobic conditions maximizes varietal intensity while minimizing the extraction of astringent compounds from the skins.

Harvest Note
2024 provided ideal conditions to develop healthy canopies and clusters that ripened beautifully. Winter and spring rains provided ample water, and moderate summer temperatures kept fruit maturing steadily. An extended pre-veraison time allowed clusters to develop a wealth of aromatic compounds that create a fresh, complex Sauvignon Blanc.
Tasting Note
Aromas of pink grapefruit, Granny Smith apple, and honeydew, with a tropical lift of lime zest. On the palate, bright citrus and green apple meet lemongrass, with hints of tropical fruit and refreshing acidity.
