In 2023, the very slow rise in sugars in the grapes further accentuates this phenomenon and explains a moderate alcohol with a beautiful aromatic expression.

Harvest Note
The summer of 2023 is mainly marked by drought and a technical maturation later than the physiological maturation. This explains why, with such favorable weather, the 2023 wines are harmonious and show a lower alcohol level than most previous years. Acidities are normal and particularly ripe. The 2023 wines have a beautiful aromatic expression and a ripe mouthfeel without excessive weight. A good phenolic maturity should also guarantee a good aging potential on the great terroirs.
Tasting Note
Light yellow/pale green colour. Right from the opening, the nose shows all the typical floral aromas of the grape variety. Of medium intensity, we find an aromatic palette of boxwood, menthol, lily, all in finesse which provides a beautiful olfactory pleasure. The palate confirms the light texture of the wine. As with many wines of this vintage, the finesse of the palate is surprising, well enhanced by ripe tannins and a beautiful acidity. Airy finish, dry wine, so easy!
