Individual Pinot Noir blocks are harvested at night and briefly cold soaked to ensure maximum flavor. The blocks are fermented separately in stainless steel before being racked into oak for aging.

Harvest Note
The weather conditions during the 2021 growing season were generally favorable, with some cooler temperatures in the early summer followed by a mild and sunny late summer and fall. This led to a slightly later start to harvest, with harvest beginning in late August or early September. The grapes were of excellent quality, with a good balance of sugar, acid, and flavor.
Tasting Note
Full of spice and red and black fruit notes of cherry and blackberry. Round and complex on your palate, you will find in this wine a richness that belies the wine's healthy attributes.
