Grapes sourced from the great subregions of the Mendoza wine region in Argentina. This Sauvignon Blanc displays the aromatic expression of Argentina's high-altitude terroirs.
2022 was a suspenseful vintage that ended in the winemaker's favor. A dry cool spring set the tone for drought, and historic frosts reduced potential yields by nearly 25%, all leading to concentration. Nearly the entire annual rainfall came in two weeks, rushing white grapes in early and resulting in tension and freshness.
Tasting Note
Pale yellow with greenish tones. Bright and intense white fruit aromas with citric notes. Fresh and fruity in the palate, elegant and balanced.
Food Pairing
Ideally suited to shellfish, salads, citrus-sauced dishes, ocean voyages and park blanket reconnaissance.
