Haut Jarrons is a steeply sloped parcel exposed to the northeast, and facing the hill of Corton. Soils are stony and thin producing wines of great finesse. Harvest is manual, fermentation occurs with natural yeasts, and aging is in a mix of new and old oak casks for 14 months.

Harvest Note
This was a very warm and early vintage with a slight lack of moisture which reduced the harvest volumes while ensuring complexity and phenolic ripeness.

Medium-weight and lively, with sweet earth notes balanced with pear and green apple flavors, moderate long finish.
Food Pairing
Versatile white which suits seafood, casual salads, roasted vegetables, or grilled chicken.
