Les Referts is a mid-slope parcel lying at the northern border of the Puligny appellation and adjoins Meursault Charmes. Soils are thin with small pebbles which contribute to the elegance and delicacy of this wine. Harvest is manual, fermentation occurs with natural yeasts, and aging is in a mix of new and old oak casks for 14 months.

2020 vintage
Harvest Note
This was a very warm and early vintage with a slight lack of moisture which reduced the harvest volumes while ensuring complexity and phenolic ripeness.
Tasting Note
Delicate yet intense, with aromas of white flower, toasted earth, and candied lemon. Bright acids lift the presence on the palate and lengthen the finish.
Food Pairing
Fine seafood cuisine with rich sauces, tangy and salty ripe cheeses.
