From the large La Garenne parcel on a plateau above the Puligny slope, where vines grow in very thin soils on the limestone bedrock. This is a slightly cooler site compared to the nearby Premier and Grand Crus, and the wines reflect a slightly more compact and austere structure.

Harvest Note
The 2021 vintage was memorable for the extreme challenges it posed to growers. The defining event was a hard freeze in April which lasted several days, and the subsequent dramatic reduction in harvest volumes. Added to this were cool and wet summer conditions which required constant vigilance. The delayed harvest eventually yielded tiny volumes of pristine grapes which express a vibrant and energetic purity.
Tasting Note
This classic Puligny presents a delicate and floral presence, with lime blossom and wet stone aromas, lively acidity and a bright and playful elegance.
