Full-bodied dry white wine assembled from multiple sites across this diverse village appellation. Rigorous sorting and careful vinification is followed by aging in oak barrels, with malolactic fermentation controlled to ensure a lively sensation on the palate.

Harvest Note
The 2021 vintage was memorable for the extreme challenges it posed to growers. The defining event was a hard freeze in April which lasted several days, and the subsequent dramatic reduction in harvest volumes. Added to this were cool and wet summer conditions which required constant vigilance. The delayed harvest eventually yielded tiny volumes of pristine grapes which express a vibrant and energetic purity.
Tasting Note
Supple and soft textured upon entry, then exotic floral and citrus nuances are enlivened by subtle acidity.
Food Pairing
Perfect with grilled fish, scallops or lobster with butter sauce.
