This is from a very small and rarely seen Premier Cru site at the top of the slope on the north section of this appellation. Soils are very thin with limestone bedrock at the surface. Exposure is Southeast. Wines from this site typically express elegance and delicacy and can be among the most refined wines of this famous village.

2020 vintage
Harvest Note
This was a very warm and early vintage with a slight lack of moisture which reduced the harvest volumes while ensuring complexity and phenolic ripeness
Tasting Note
Bright floral and red berry aromas to start, with stony earth and truffle notes on the mid-palate. Medium in weight with brisk acidity, this wine has a very long persistent finish.
Food Pairing
Lovely with refined meat dishes, or chicken with mushroom sauce. With just a few years of maturity this also suits many substantial fish preparations also.
