Boldly crafted from the best that California has to offer, Illicit Cabernet is the ultimate hedonistic experience. Sourced from premium California growing locations this wine showcases the rich taste of quality grapes from Paso Robles and California.

Harvest Note
Starting with a cool and mild spring and early summer, the famers were happy to see some heat arrive in August to help the grape reach full maturity. While slightly less than normal yields the 2020 vintage produced intensely concentrated wines with bold flavors.
Tasting Note
A concentrated wine with excellent density of fruit. Full of rich, ripe berry fruit notes on the palate, this Cabernet has a long, velvety finish.
Food Pairing
Pairs perfectly with any meat dish, specifically great with red meats and hamburgers. Try this with beets, grains dishes, grilled veggies or with spiced grilled tuna.
