This wine is AOC Marsannay Villages, and is predominately from a single parcel of vines in the south sector of this appellation, on a gentle slope exposed to the southeast. Soils are deep clay and retain moisture to allow for even ripening of the pinot noir. Grapes are picked in the early morning, destemmed, and pressed after a very short maceration to extract a pale pink hue. The wine is raised entirely in stainless steel tank to retain a lively & fresh character.

Available in limited markets only.

Harvest Note
2023 was another vintage with extended periods of summer heat and little rainfall. However vines are adapting to climate change, and this site tends to maintain sufficient soil moisture every year.
Tasting Note
This wine shows a luminous pale salmon-pink hue, followed by aromas of candied strawberry and rose petals. On the palate the wine is lively and refreshing, framed by tart acidity and a lingering presence.
