In northern Italy’s Veneto region, vines are planted to hillside vineyards where they benefit from well-drained, mineral rich, volcanic basaltic rock and calcareous clay soils. The grapes are hand-picked and vinified on the same day to preserve their most delicate flavors. After a brief 12-hour maceration in temperature-controlled tanks on the skins, the wine is drawn off and fermented in stainless steel tanks to ensure absolute freshness. The wine sits in autoclave for 20 to 30 days until the perfect bubble structure is attained.

Tasting Note

Radiant pink. Floral, fresh, and fruity with a hint of cherries, strawberries and currants. On the palate, it is fresh, with a long, balanced finish.

Food Pairing

This Rosé is robust enough to pair well with many grilled foods like chicken and portabella mushrooms yet delicate enough to pair with lighter fare like fish.
