Graziana Grassini is intimately familiar with the inner life of wine. After studying viticulture, enology and industrial chemistry, she opened a wine analysis laboratory at the age of 19 and obtained a university degree in biological sciences.
Grassini names Giacomo Tachis, the legendary enologist who created the Super Tuscans Sassicaia, Tignanello, and Solaia, as a strong influence on her philosophy. She appreciates “the fact that wine is alive and in continuous evolution.”
