Kurrant Smash

  • 1 oz L’Heritier-Guyot Crème de Cassis
  • 1 ½ oz Vikingfjord Vodka
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Muddle fruit wedges and sugar, add vodka and crème de cassis, pour over fresh ice into a rocks glass.

Insouciant (Happy-Go-Lucky)

  • 1 oz L’Heritier-Guyot Crème de Cassis
  • 1 oz Vikingfjord Vodka (Sitrus or Epel)
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • Flavored  Seltzer water

Stir all ingredients over ice, strain over fresh ice into a highball glass, top with lemon soda and garnish with cranberries.

Variation: substitute flavored seltzer water for cranberry and lemon soda.

Kir

  • 1 oz L’Heritier-Guyot Crème de Cassis
  • White Burgundy

Build in glass

Murmur and Whisper

  • 1 1/3 Alize VS Cognac
  • 1 oz L’Heritier-Guyot Crème de Cassis
  • 2 oz lychee juice

Shake all ingredients over ice, strain over fresh ice into a collins glass and garnish with an apple slice.

Kurrant Julep

  • 1 oz L’Heritier-Guyot Crème de Cassis
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 tbsp powdered Sugar
  • Fill glass with crushed ice
  • 1 1/3 oz Appleton Jamaica White

Tip: you can substitute rum for cachaca or vodka
