Another of the Morey Grand Crus, Clos de la Roche is famed for its powerful wines with bold structure and long aging potential. Jadot sources grapes here with a consistent assurance of top quality. These wines have a strong record of collector interest and support.

Harvest Note
Winter and early Spring were unusually warm and dry however March brought much-needed rainfall which led to homogenous flowering in May. Stormy weather in June was followed by mild late summer, and an unusual September heat wave. Harvest was finished on September 16th, and by picking only in the cool morning hours freshness was preserved.
Tasting Note
Clos de la Roche presents a typically massive impression, full of dark fruit and damp earth notes plus substantial tannins. These are wines which impress at release but also reward patient aging.
