Grapes were harvested late in the evening and crushed close to the vineyards in order to preserve freshness before being fermented in stainless steel to preserve the crisp, clean profile typical of Pinot Grigio.
Harvest Note
The 2021 vintage saw a drier winter, followed by ideal warm temperatures in the spring and summer. This resulted in an earlier harvest and produced exceptional quality grapes. This vintage produced perfectly ripened grapes ideal for complex and bright flavors.
Tasting Note
Delicate notes of floral, green apple and stone fruit (apricot, pear) evolve into fresh, clean finish with beautiful concentration and balanced acidity.
