This Sauvignon Blanc grows in the Sonoma Valley Wild Oak Vineyard and Russian River Valley Lagomarsino Vineyard. Fruit is also from Alexander Valley and Dry Creek Valley. Warmer areas produce full flavors and aromas while fruit from cooler areas brings refreshing crispness. These characteristics are thoughtfully blended for a balance, distinctive wine. To retain the bright flavors and crisp acidity of this varietal, grapes were picked at dawn and arrive at the winery cold. Majority of the juice was sent directly to stainless steel tank and a small amount to neutral barrels. The wine was fermented slowly for over 30 days, preserving the wonderful aromas of Sauvignon Blanc.

Harvest Note
The 2024 growing season started off wet with abundant rains revitalizing the soil. Cooler temperatures extended ripening and allowed the grapes time to develop deep color, varietal intensity and balanced acidity. Sauvignon Blanc was picked in late August through early September.
Tasting Note
This refreshing and crisp wine offers generous aromas of honeydew melon, kiwi, jasmine and lime zest that lead the way to flavors of tangerine, juicy Anjou pear and white peach. The small percentage of neutral barrel aging provides roundness and length on the finish complementing the bright acidity and note of minerality in this elegant white.
