A selection of sites from the Lujan de Cuyo and Uco Valley subregions, it is distinguished by its fruity style and classic elegance. It expresses the richness and concentration of Lujan de Cuyo's clay rich soils, balanced with the acid and structure of the gravelly and sometimes calcareous Uco Valley. Norton celebrates being pioneers in Mendoza since 1895, nestled in the foothills of the Andes.

2022 vintage
Harvest Note
2022 was a nail-biting vintage that proved rewarding for great winemaking teams like Bodega Norton's. A dry cool spring set the tone for drought, and historic frosts reduced potential yields by nearly 25%, all leading to concentration. Nearly the entire annual rainfall came in two weeks in the early fall. Cool and dry days in late March and early April wrapped up the red wine harvest and resulted in wines that will have the acid and tannin structures for longevity.
Tasting Note
Deep ruby red in color. Aromas of blackberries and red peppers, with notes of cassis and tobacco. Elegant on the palate, good body, round and consistent.
