This is a site just south of the Grand Cru slope, on a fairly steep slope exposed to the south. Soils are stony with typical Kimmeridgean clay, yielding a wine with a firm texture and vibrant citrus character.

Harvest Note
The 2021 vintage was memorable for the extreme challenges it posed to growers. The defining event was a hard freeze in April which lasted several days, and the subsequent dramatic reduction in harvest volumes. Added to this were cool and wet summer conditions which required constant vigilance. The delayed harvest eventually yielded tiny volumes of pristine grapes which express a vibrant and energetic purity.
Tasting Note
Tart and insistent, this wine has an earthy acidic spine which provides both energy and length. Medium-weight and versatile, this wine presents classic Chablis character with precision and elegance.
Food Pairing
Perfect with most seafood preparations, including sushi, mussels, paella, or baked fish.
