Medium-full bodied dry white wine expressive of the unique Chablis Kimmeridgean subsoil terroir. As the climate inevitably warms these sites achieve a new balanced ripening that accentuates their inherent citrus and stony essence. This vineyard shares many characteristics with the neighboring Grand Cru Blanchot.

Harvest Note
Winter and early Spring were unusually warm and dry however March brought much-needed rainfall which led to homogenous flowering in May. Stormy weather in June was followed by mild late summer, and an unusual September heat wave. Harvest was finished on September 16th, and by picking only in the cool morning hours freshness was preserved.
Tasting Note
Initially linear and taut, with plenty of structure and energy masking the ripe citrus fruit. Over time complex stony earth and lime zest notes emerge, accentuating the long and elegant finish.
