I preferred some Lambruscos that were a bit more full bodied, richer and darker in color,
including the 2022 Medici Ermete Concerto Lambrusco ($25), made entirely from Lambrusco Salamino. Created in 1993, it was the first single-vineyard Lambrusco ever produced.
