Head Distiller
Born in Osaka, Japan to a Scottish mother and a Japanese father, Isamu Yoneda was destined to make delicious Japanese Whisky & Gin. He joined the NOD team in December 2021, drawn to the region of Nozawa Onsen for the natural botanicals, fresh spring water, and innovative collaborative culture.
