From mineral rich soils to an ideal elevation, from warm days to cool nights, and mistral winds that dry vines on dewy mornings, the AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence was made for harvesting the blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. Maintenance of the vineyard is crucial for the quality of the wine. Every year over 10 acres of vineyard are replanted, mainly Grenache and Syrah. Maison Saint Aix is sustainably farmed and they have their own weather station. Latest generation harvest machine and state of the art production process have been introduced.
