Our Team

Eric T.A. Kurver is the owner and winemaker of Maison Saint Aix. Eric’s lifelong passion started early on in life when he started selling wine in specialized wine shops in The Netherlands. After over 30 years of experience and passion in the wine industry his dream of founding a vineyard became a reality. He purchased this beautiful winery in 2009, a 130-year-old estate with 185 acres of vineyards in the world famous AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence area of France. His goal is to make the best Provence rosé in the world. To achieve his goal, he works day and night at the winery full of motivation and pride and travels all over the world to pave the way for AIX.

Eric lives on the property with his three children Margaux, Linde and Quentin and wife Adrienne. During his free time, Eric enjoys building furniture and has built most of the furniture in his house. He also loves sports, especially running. He has run international marathons for several years. Mostly, he enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, sharing great food and wine on the patio facing the vineyards.
