The vines grow on parcels of loess, a fine chalky soil, and of stony soils with pebbles. The organic grapes are hand-harvested, sorted during the harvest, and transported in small crates. Grapes are pressed as whole clusters and transferred to tanks by gravity. After settling, fermentation takes place in cement egg-shaped tanks and oak demi-muids. The aging process continues in the same containers with regular lees stirring. The egg-shaped tanks allow for slow micro-oxygenation of the wine.

Harvest Note
The vintage started with a rainfall deficit. Budbreak was rather late and vegetative development accelerated considerably in high temperatures. Summer started with a storm giving the vineyard a bit of a break, followed by very high temperatures with no rain. In mid-August, rains allowed the vineyard to replenish.
Tasting Note
Pale gold with silver highlights, this complex, balanced, and full-bodied white wine has notes of lime blossom, white peach, pineapple, and almond. The long finish adds citrus zest and a touch of brioche.
