Jolly Rancher pink in color, this joyful rosato pops out of the bottle with aromas of cherry, cranberry and wild herbs. The dry palate is well-structured with tart red fruits and a texture showing a touch of tannins. A rosato for those looking for more substance.

Pretty rose tones, ripe apples and a hint of candied citrus lift up from the 2020 Pinot Nero Rose. This is soft in texture, with a stimulating mix of citrus and zesty acidity that builds cheek-puckering tension toward the close. It seems to sizzle through the mouthwatering finale, as lemon zest and nectarine linger long.

Very pale pink. This rosé of Pinot Noir offers a vibrant pure red cherry and berry nose with a pretty, perfumed palate. Finishes with lingering sweet, light cherry notes. The perfumed, floral character of this wine makes it the perfect aperitif.

The 2019 Salviano Pinot Nero Rosé lifts from the glass with a seductive display of sweetly-spiced mulled apple, transporting me back to childhood memories of autumnal country fairs. On the palate, silky textures flood the senses with flavors of ripe melon in an amazingly soft and round expression, as pretty inner florals develop. It finishes clean, resonating on ripe orchard fruits with a subtle hint of minerality. It’s an enjoyable glass of Rosé and quite pleasing to the senses.
