Pair with pork tenderloin, boiled peanuts and hanger steak.

Juicy, balanced and subtle, showcasing aromas of dark cherries, blueberries, Mediterranean herbs and warm spices. It’s medium-bodied, velvety and fruity with fine tannins and a delicious finish. The smoke and black pepper notes of syrah are intertwined with the fleshiness and mellower personality of the grenache grape in a very convincing manner. Behind this is a solid base of supple tannins that has been expertly crafted.

A good advertisement for the 2021 vintage in the Rhone this has stacks of red fruit and spice aromas, including a touch of pepper. Notes of licorice and sandalwood on the palate where the restrained tannins neatly fit with the generous fruit. Moderately dry finish.
