Aromas of leaves, underbrush, rich bramble fruit, pepper, dark cherries, prunes and potpourri. Pristine and simple yet youthful, sweet and stripped down, with a medium body and tight-grained tannins. From organically grown grapes. Vegan. Give it one or two years to let the tannins come together.
